| I'm going skydiving tomorrow...I'm excited. I hope I don't die. I'm not scared. | | |
| Went to surf camp down in San Diego this weekend. It was a good trip other than the lack of sleep, long drive, and me getting stung by a STING RAY!!! Yeah, the pain probably goes to number one on my list of most painful things I have experienced. Other than that it was a good time. | | |
| OK, first update in a long time. Well, I'm taking a couple summer classes, getting my upper GE stuff out of the way. Nothing is really going on. 4th of July was uneventful. Went to a Glenn's friend's house and watched fireworks out on the street for about 10 minutes then went home to finish reading for school. I don't really have anything to say so maybe ya'll here from me in another few months. Peace out yo | | |
| Happy Easter everybody!!! It's a good time to remember what God did for us. I am amazed every time when I think about it. I'm finishing up my "vacation." I didn't really do anything. Coached track and the usual. It was good for the most part though. I broke up a possible fight at the high school when I was over there. That was fun. Philip came home. It's good seeing him again. For those of you who haven't seen him, he's working on a beard. Doesn't look too bad. His art is looking better. Speaking of art, Chabot has an art gallery just starting up, and the art teachers choose what is going in. I had my marble cheetah go in and the minataur guy with the horns go in. That was based on a drawing Philip did. A graphic designer did a design of that sculpture and that design is gonna go on the shirts for the show. They had to get my permission to do it, and of course I said yes cuz I get a free shirt! That whole situation is pretty cool. Philip and I dressed up for church today with ties and suspenders. I even wore the cool hat you guys may have seen me wear. Oh yes, we were definitely stylin'...You know it's not often you get to do that kind of stuff, so you have to take full advantage. Anyways, that basically the goings ons around here. Hope you guys had a good vacation or will have a great vacation. I'll be having an excellent time going to good ole' school. Talk to ya'll later. | | |
| The quarter is almost over...One real final and I'm done, at least for a week. Got to study. My sculpture is beginning to look less like a rock and more like something other than a rock. I really don't have anything good to write about here. I haven't ran all week. I feel horrible about it. I don't want to fall into this pattern or it will continue to happen and I will be 30 yrs old and wondering how I gained 100 lbs. It's kinda hard to just stop running track when you've been doing it for over 7 years. I don't feel motivated to do it cuz I don't have a team to run for or any goals to work toward. I was going to run for CSUH, scuse me Cal State East Bay, but I don't have time because I'm coaching track. The thing is, I don't want to "quit," but It's like my track career is winding down. That's not good. The weather's been really nice the last few days. Me gusta. Philip is coming up for spring break. That's good too. There is a bunch of other good stuff. I just don't know of it now. The Incredibles Comes out Tuesday. WOOHOOO!!! | | |
